Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Greater than 10 days: 90% Refund
  • Within 5 - 10 days: 75% Refund
  • Within 2 - 5 days: No Refund

2. Refund Processing

  • • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via bank transfer only.
  • • Guests must provide valid bank details for the refund process.
  • • No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional offers and last-minute deals may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Early Check-Out

No refunds will be provided for early departures unless due to an emergency, subject to management approval.

5. Force Majeure
